What’s YOUR yoga?

NEW Interview series with Valerie Curro Khayat, M.A.

Yoga is derived from the sanskrit root ”yuj” which means union. It is a practice of uniting body and mind, of being completely present with oneself in the now. There are eight ways to practice yoga, also known as the eight limbs of yoga.

The Quietivity philosophy is about more than yoga on the mat. It is about recognizing the opportunity to be grounded within oneself and mindful in a variety of ways. This interview series explores how the principles of yoga are always available to us and can transpire beyond the mat to various disciplines and experiences. In this interview series, Valerie Curro Khayat is joined by individuals that are forward thinking and passionate to discuss how they live their yoga in their own lives.
